Pacific Crest Trail

In the summer of 2022, I hiked 1,000 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail through Oregon and Washington. This experience was life changing, yet somehow felt like a natural step forward in my love for hiking and being outside. I brought my camera on the hike, and here you can find a selection of my favorite images from the trail!

Oregon was the start of my journey on the PCT. I passed through impressive forests, saw some incredible waterfalls, and followed the chain of the Cascade volcanoes north. I started my hike at the end of June, and made it to the Bridge of the Gods on July 31st. After passing into Washington on August 1st, I continued north, pushing my physical limits. I began consistently hiking 20 miles a day! I made it to the northern terminus of the trail on August 29th, the end of my journey. If you’re curious to read more about my experience, check out the series of blog posts I wrote after getting back from my journey.
